Quick, healthy breakfast ideas that satisfy
One of the most discussed potential use cases of the block chain is as a decentralized Uber. Collectively these things make up the backbone of the economy. If you wanted to create a decentralized Uber, Dropbox, Facebook, you could reinvent the Internet.”
In a blog post announcing the deal, Mr Cahan said although mobile devices were shifting our daily routines, “most articles and web pages were formatted for browsing with mouse clicks. The ability to skim them on a phone or a tablet can be a real challenge – we want easier ways to identify what’s important to us.”

Yes, you can enjoy a hot egg breakfast wherever you may be! All you need is a microwave-safe coffee mug, a spritz or two of nonfat cooking spray, a fresh egg or egg substitute, and some spinach or other vegetables of your choice. Whisk the egg and veggies together in the mug (coat it with cooking spray first), microwave for a minute or two, then top with add-ons such as a little avocado, low-fat cheese or salsa. A research team at the University of Chicago has solved this problem, producing hands that send electric signals to the brain. They've begun with monkeys as test subjects, studying the animals to see how their brains respond to touch. When outfitted with prosthetic hands that stimulate their brains that way, the monkeys respond just as though they physically touch objects themselves.

6. Overnight oats
There’s nothing simpler than overnight oats! Simply place ½ cup rolled oats, ½ cup milk of your choice, and fruit such as raspberries, chopped apple or mango chunks in a jar and refrigerate overnight — no cooking required! (If you opt for soft fruits, such as berries or mango, we recommend using frozen fruit to help keep them from getting too soggy.) For variety, try adding some nutmeg or vanilla extract, and top with a few unsalted pistachios or pumpkin seeds just before eating for a bit of crunch.
